Patch v0.0.5

Changes:

-items and disappearing cubes now respawn

    -added sound effect for respawn

-added an image indicating the key to use for the item

-added a third person setting

    -third person camera works by cinemachine

-improved the checkpoint model    

Fixes:

-timer showed 60 instead of 0 seconds (e.g. 2:60 instead of 2:00)

-percentage to finish will now stay at 99 until you complete the level
